      Horribly disappointed after waiting 30 years for this experience and expecting the itinerary that is shown on the map on the tour page. First of all, there is nobody to greet you at the dock (as claimed)- after asking us to be an hour early, we had to walk up and down with our bags to finally find the boat. The map sent to us was incorrect. We were asked to arrive an hour early (8am) to accommodate a family on a cruise ship who showed up over an hour late so we left 10:20. So our "9 hour tour" that claims several stops on an itinerary only went for only 7 hours and only does THREE of the stops agreed upon? (when you pay for 4 people it's a lot of money!) They claim 4 hours on Capri?!?! NOPE we didn’t even leave enough time to eat lunch with 1.5 hours in the height of season. THIS ITINERARY is FALSE! (Blue grotto? didn't expect to go in but NEVER passed by it - never saw it) Spiaggia Bagni di Tiberio (Pass By) Details 2 Blue Grotto (Pass By) Details 3 Cala del Rio 10 minutes • Admission Ticket Included Details 4 Cala del Tombosiello 10 minutes • Admission Ticket Included Details 5 Punta Carena Lighthouse (Pass By) Details 6 Green Grotta 10 minutes • Admission Ticket Included Details 7 Punta Ventroso 30 minutes • Admission Ticket Free Details 8 I Faraglioni 15 minutes • Admission Ticket Included Details 9 Villa Malaparte (Pass By) Details 10 White Grotta 10 minutes • Admission Ticket Included Details 11 Tiberius' Leap (Pass By) Details 12 Marina Piccola 4 hours • Admission Ticket Included Details We rode from Naples towards Capri, never went into a single cove, pulled up to white grotto for 3 minute picture, anchored to swim (lovely), went back the way we came to dock for 1.5 hours and then back in horrible conditions where crew (who were super nice) had very little experience in waves) Alarms for the engine were going off and we were terrified. We all go SOAKED and sick and then were asked to quickly disembark (no goodbye whatsoever) since they didn't have a slip in Naples. We contacted them and Viator for a partial refund and explanation and received nothing. Super disappointing to travel all that way for the trip of a lifetime and to see that whole island and never got to.

      Sometimes, we face people so out of the reality that the best attitude you can have is to ignore them. Is very hard to understand why someone is so far from the reality and do not realize it. The only answer we can give is in all others five stars review and in the dozens of video and pictures we have of Stacey, Housband and family, enjoying swimming, drinikin more that 20 beers dancing and singing, as usual happen during our rides, we cannot post because in this system is not possible to do. Anyway, my suggestion is, for the next time, to buy a private tour if you do not stand other people Religion, delay, skin colour. Is not fair to buy a ticket for a shared tour and pretend that everyone is like your children or share your same aims.

      L organisation est exceptionnelle, le personnel est très sérieux, aux petits soins et très accessible. Une ambiance hyper conviviale. Nous avons chanté, dansé, sans oublié les baignades avec nos compagnons de bord : Brésiliens, Américains et Français…. Une journée inoubliable à ne pas manquer !!!!! Serge et Laurence
