This class was spectacular! The experience starts by taking a shuttle to the property which is stunning. A beautiful view of the bay and mt Vesuvius. The class itself was hands on and very informative. Chef Mina was the highlight of the class as she takes time to be with each student and coach them. Her enthusiasm for the food and the process was refreshing! We would highly recommend taking this class and asking for Chef Mina!!!

This was a memorable class and the highlight of our time in Sorrento. The location, high on a hill overlooking a bay, was superb. The hosts and staff were knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and fun. We made incredibly delicious pizza, pasta and tiramisu from fresh home-grown ingredients. We had a big group if fun-loving international travellers. Communication & transport were excellent.

This class was amazing. Mina (the chef) was an amazing instructor. She made learning fun and very hands on. I can truly say I can make homemade Italian pasta and pizza now! Plus there is wine and a cook book given at the end. What more can you ask for!

This cooking class was the highlight of our Italy holiday! The team at Chez Barone were incredible- they even helped us sort out transport and transfers very late at night when we ran into some trouble. The cooking class was well organised and efficiently run. The scenery was beautiful, the staff were warm and friendly. And the food was the best we’ve had in Italy! I really liked that the recipes were simple with accessible ingredients which means we will be able to replicate at home! Highly recommend this cooking class to everyone and anyone!

This is a must do experience! The cooking was so informative and fun, we loved the small group and meeting new people. Fabio was great and very welcoming into his beautiful home. Mena was a perfect teacher and very knowledgeable. We would do this again and again, and to top it off the wine was flowing and the food was delicious. Thank you to the family for a wonderful experience!

The Best Cooking Class in All of Italy!

We LOVED this cooking class from the very start to the very end. First, you arrive via shuttle to the absolutely stunning property which overlooks the sea, and you even get a beautiful view of Mt. Vesuvius in the background. The property itself is so beautiful, with lush gardens full of fresh veggies, fruits and herbs. The class itself is perfect, even for non-cookers like myself. Our chef is so kind and knowledge, and she goes step by step to help teach you the authentic Italian way of cooking these delicious dishes. She helps you perfect your dishes to make it as delicious as the expert chefs would make. The outcome of the food was probably some of the best food we had on our entire trip! Completely homemade and fresh, from the main dishes to the dessert, to the drinks. Everything was so delicious, and we loved this whole experience. It was so fun to cook with such a wonderful chef, and also get to know your fellow cook-classmates. Amazing vibes, everyone was having a blast while soaking in the amazing views, and the wonderful smells from our masterpiece dishes.

Beautiful setting!! The chef was a little intense but the class was still fun and delicious! It should have ended 30 min sooner, there was no need for silly “best chef certificates” they gave to each participant with their name. Kudos also for being amenable to picking us up and dropping us off at our air bnb villa instead of sorrento downtown! Appreciate their flexibility on that.

Wow! This class was amazing. The property was absolutely stunning. The chef was amazing and so informative. The food tasted delicious. We absolutely loved the pizza. I cannot rave enough about this cooking class. It was a short distance from our Airbnb, so the travel was easy. We were picked up by a golf cart, which was amazing. Great views.

One of the highlights of our trip. A really great day learning how to make egg pasta (for lasagne, tagliatelle, ravioli), bolognese sauce, pizza dough and tiramisu. Prosecco and wine throughout the session was a lovely touch. The hosts were brilliant.
