Amazing day at Capri

Nicola was an amazing boat Captain. Treated my girlfriend and I like a king and queen for the day. Was very helpful with whatever we needed and gave us some history on each place. Even had a floatie to drink wine while in the ocean. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional and Disappointing

The tour and our skipper Nicola were amazing. However the way viator handled our booking was very disappointing and unprofessional. I read on previous reviews and it also says on their website they will give you a full refund or allow you to reschedule if the weather conditions are bad. There was a large thunderstorm and it rained most of the boat ride. We couldn’t do any of the experiences like the blue grotto, the main reason we signed up for the tour. The company wouldn’t allow us to reschedule even though the weather conditions were dangerous. The amount of money I paid for this tour was not worth it and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. You should offer me a partial refund and I will update this review but I am overall very disappointed with Viator.

This was our favorite day of our 3 week trip!!! I researched tours/things to do in Capri thoroughly....and kept coming back to the private boat trip. I hesitated because of the cost, but finally decided to go for it. SOOOO very glad we did!!! We met the skipper at a smaller marina in Naples (just about 2km from our cruise ship), boarded the boat, and headed off toward Capri. The journey there took about an hour and was very smooth. Once there, we were able to go inside the Blue Grotto with hardly any wait, swim in the Green Grotto, and boat all the way around the island and through the sea stacks. It was AMAZING!!! And...they served us Prosecco, sodas, water...whatever & whenever we wanted!! We opted not to dock and walk on Capri, but instead to boat to the Amalfi Coast for lunch, more swimming, and the beautiful coastline. Words cannot describe how fabulous this day was!! And the boat (The Aphrodite) and skippers (Marco and Anneo) were incredible!! We felt like we were on top of the world!!! BOOK IT....you'll be so glad you did!!!

Nothing to remember...tour operator canceled the trip 12 hours before departure. They indicated the conditions were too rough to go. Guess I need to take them for their word but it ended up being a beautiful day. I ended up booking with another operator for the following day and we had a memorable trip.

This is our favorite day in Italy! Our Captain, Ennio, was very pleasant and communicative, he ensured that we had a great experience! We were picked up in Positano and headed to Capri. We did a tour around the island and saw the Faraglioni rocks, all the grottos and were able to go into the blue grotto! We also docked and went onto to the island to the town of Capri- followed by some swimming off the Amalfi Coast! Everything on this tour was perfect, highly recommend!

Great Day on the Sea with the Family

I honestly thought this tour would be a quick lap around Capri, a drop-off at the port, then a ride back to Sorrento. However, it was so much more. Our captain made sure to take us up close to so many beautiful spots along the island as well as through some tight tunnels. They helped us arrange transportation on the island and even made reservations for us for lunch at a spot no tourist could find on their own. The kids had a great time and it was a day I will never forget.
