We had an incredible experience. The captain handled the boat like a complete pro and Stella acted as tour guide while serving us prosecco and snacks. They made a great team, and even gave us a ton of local recommendations for restaurants and shops. It was the perfect mix of luxury relaxation and interesting history/cultural tour. She knew when to give us space to relax and when to step in with some cool facts about the area. The Captain Andrea also made a reservation for lunch for us, where my wife says she had the best ravioli of the trip. Worth the money for the A+ service.

The reviews I read were spot on! This was a wonderful adventure for 10 people. We visited grottos, swam, ate lunch along the shoreline in Capri with a stunning view. It is as advertised. The skipper and deckhand were gracious host. You can’t go wrong with this excursion. Highly recommend this trip. It was fun making memories. Glad I chose to book my own excursion instead of cruise ship excursion.

This trip was absolutely amazing! Probably my favorite tour of any vacation, ever. Alessio was our Skipper. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and made our day trip incredible! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone wanting a tour of Capri from a local.

Disappointed in Capri

Disappointed at the quality of service. We were picked up 1/2 hour late and were supposed to have an English speaking Captain. Mario spoke/understood very little English making communication difficult. We thought this would be a personalized trip, but we’re not given many options. We were supposed to have snacks included but were offered nothing except a few drinks. We could not understand why we were going at such a slow pace when other boats were passing us at much higher speeds. At one point our Captain was sitting on the side of the boat steering it with his feet, making us anxious in such busy seas. In the past Viator has provided wonderful tours. This was disappointing to say the least, and I was embarrassed as I bragged about how wonderful the tour company is to my fellow travelers. For the cost of this excursion, I expected a much better experience.

Peppe and Fabrício gave us a wonderful time , they offered excellent appetizer fresh mozzarella with tomatoes fresh fruit , delicious Prosecco and great details about the Amalfi coast line. I recommend their tour 1000% Perfect birthday :) :)

We went to Capri for the day with Federico. He made the journey absolutely incredible and we became fast friends! He’s very knowledgeable about the area and will tell you interesting historical information throughout the journey. The boat is fabulous and has everything on board you could need. We spent most of the time on the boat with Federico but went into Capri for lunch. We played cards, swam, and enjoyed the scenery. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you have the opportunity to do this tour, you will not regret it.
