What To Expect

Meet your private captain at the Sorrento port and climb aboard your speedboat or gozzo (a traditional Italian wooden boat), depending on your preference.

Take off along southern Italy’s gorgeous shoreline, passing the charming towns and villages dotting the Amalfi Coast. Admire the turquoise fjord of Furore, the fishing villages of Nerano and Praiano and Amalfi's impressive collection of luxury hotels.

Tour is not for older adults

This tour would have been fantastic if we were 20-30 years younger. The description didn’t provide sufficient details of issues that could be expected on a small, open boat tour of the Mediterranean coast by a group of over 70 year old tourists with physical limitations (specifically, back issues). Also, the tour specified it was English speaking, but despite his best efforts, our captain definitely was not speaking English, not even close. Thankfully, Marko, our captain, was very considerate and understanding. He was cooperative in changing the itinerary to prevent the trip from becoming a nightmare for us. As a result of these issues, we didn’t get to see or do elements of the trip that would have made it anywhere near the price charged. The only reason the rating is even average is due to Marko’s help and experience, which was amazing for such a young man.

Fantastic day with a great crew. Docked for 90 mins at Positano. Lunch at a wonderful beach side restaurant and then a swim. Before finally a fast cruise back to Sorrento. The perfect way to see and enjoy the Amalfi Coast. My wife and daughters loved every minute.

Excellent arrangement. Boat was on time and spotlessly clean. Michalo was very friendly & gave us a thorough commentary as we sailed. When we were returning we got a call from the company to check if everything went smoothly.

We are Americans who love being on the water and exploring the outdoors, and it was the best activity of all after the Capri cruise and we were in Rome and Sorrento and saw many many sights!!. We loved the personal feel, the carefree vibe, and the boat was packed with all our requested snacks and beer! Our driver was great, pointing out all the sights and giving us free time to explore. Would do this again and again!!
