What To Expect

Meet your guide at your Sorrento hotel and drive to local farm Limoneto Storico 1894. Hear about the farm's history and production while you stroll through the olive and citrus trees. Afterward, treat your taste buds to samples of sugar-coated lemons, lemonade, orange oil on fresh artisan bread, and extra virgin olive oil.

Continue to a cheese factory, where you'll sample local provolone, complemented by salami and a glass of vino. Get an inside look at how the soft cheese of caciotta is made, as well as treccia, similar to a braided mozzarella.

Then, learn how to make a pie like a real Neapolitan. Travel to the historic center of Schiazzano for a pizza-making lesson from an expert instructor. Get the doughy crust just right before feasting on your creation, followed by coffee and a homemade dessert.

Top off your culinary tour with a limoncello liqueur back at Limoneto Storico 1894. Listen in on the secrets behind the family recipe for the popular after-dinner drink.

Appetites sated, you’ll conclude your trip with transportation back to Sorrento.

Entertaining and informative hosts! Great experience and learned alot
Alicia_H, Jan 2023
The host were quite entertaining and taught us a lot about lemon farming, making cheese, and the area. Got to taste their olive oil’s and can purchase if desired. Great experience!
Friendly family experience

We learned a lot about cheese and olive oil. We had the best lemonade, tastings of 8 diff oils, cheeses, make your own pizza and had house wine. We had a lot of fun touring the lemon farm, being in the small Ferraris, and seeing all the animals. We did think we would learn how to make pizza dough but it was made for us. But the experience was fabulous and everyone was great! So nice and very friendly!
Best tour ever! Definitely worth the money.

This was an excellent outing! This family was very generous and authentic. They really wanted us to have a good experience! Benedetto and his family were so welcoming and the tour was interesting and fun!! My friend even dropped his wallet in the van and when they found it they had a driver bring it down to us in Sorrento!!
Mozzarella heaven

Fun on the Farms

Belated review of a great tour. Never thought I would have such a great time on a Lemon Farm and Dairy Farm. We toured a small lemon farm, they explained the process of growing and farming lemons etc. We tasted fresh lemonade. We then went to dairy farm. There we saw fresh mozzarella being made, and tasted it. We also tasted the many flavors of olive oil that the sell and limoncello Finally we ended at a pizzeria where they explained the pizza making process and we then made our own pizzas. All the guides were great and the dairy farmer was very entertaining. Also a wild ride to get to and from the dairy farm. My only regret was I didn't buy more olive oil and limoncello!
Fun tour!

Relaxing afternoon with friendly local family on their farm. Tour of lemon grove, tasting of olive oil, demonstration of cheese manufacturing, tasting of various fresh cheeses, limoncello tasting and pizza making for dinner. All were wonderful.

This was one of the best excursions we took in Italy!! The tour of the farm was so informative and reminded us how in the US we should be eating clean. The food on this tour was AMAZING! Fresh cheese, wine olive oil, pizza and of course Limoncello!! You will not regret this tour !
Would highly recommend!

Would highly recommend! Hosts were incredibly fun and spoke good English, tour of lemon gardens was very interesting and the trip to their home for olive oil, cheese and limoncello tasting was also very fun. Then went back to their pizza restaurant and we’re taught how to make a margarita pizza which was delicious. A family run operation, very smooth and organised. 10/10

A must do! My group had so much fun learning about lemon trees, tasting oils and a whole lot of limoncello and cheeses. Making pizza with Uncle Frankie was the best way to end the trip. A very fun and nice family!
Great experience

We had the most amazing time. The family was so wonderful. The little kids were so cute. Everything tasted so fresh. Please purchase their little gift items. They need our tours to make a living.
Don’t hesitate to reserve your place at the table.

Beyond expectations! We felt that we shared an evening as part of our host’s family. They were funny, engaging, and very informative. The foods that they produce (from stable to table!) were absolutely wonderful. We left very full and sharing wonderful exchanges about our experience. A special highlight to our trip!
Best tour in Italy
Mellany_L, Aug 2022
This was our favorite tour in our trip to Italy! It didn't feel like a tour it felt like friends having us over to show us their town. Everyone was so nice and so happy to teach us about their farm and how they do things here. We started with a ride on the cutest little "Ferrari" lol. Witnessed AMAZING views, ate my weight in fresh cheese, had wine, pizza and Limoncello. Best tour! So much fun and so informative. You will regret not taking this tour!
Racist behaviour, worst tour.
Kanav_S, Aug 2022
The lady driver who came to pick us from hotel was extremely rude. As soon as we entered the pickup van she asked us where are you from? When we told her where we are from, next thing she said was shocking, she rudely asked why people from your country are always late? First of all this is racist and secondly we were not late. We were told that we will be picked between 9.35-9.40 and we were outside our hotel at 9.35 and we were sitting in van at 9.36. As soon as she asked us why people from our country are always late I showed her the message I received from them saying pickup time is 9.35 and we were on time. As soon as I showed her that message she changed her tone and said no no you guys are fine but some people are late so that’s why I am asking. She kept repeating herself. There were some people rude to in Italy, now we are not going to start saying that all Italians are rude. Pizza making is not actual pizza making, everything is ready when you walk in. You just put tomato sauce on and they put it in Owen. Nothing special. Before writing this review we shared our experience with them via personal message and they didn’t even bother to reply us which shows there mentally. Book some other tour, these guys are not worth your time and money.
