Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you want to avoid the rush and lugging your luggage from the bus stand to the airport in the heat this is a luxury.

For me, my sister, and my Mom (and our very big and heavy suitcases), this private transfer was well worth the money for us.

Our airport transfer went off without a hitch! I was nervous about the extremely early pick-up time (3:30 AM!), but our driver was on time and very professional. A sudden storm came up while we were traveling; the rain was extremely heavy and it was hard to see. Our driver expertly navigated the wet road conditions and delivered my entire family safely. We had a very early morning flight leaving from the Naples airport, and required transportation from our Sorrento hotel. The driver was to pick us up at 4:00am in order to arrive two hours before our international departure. He arrived 15 min early, and after a night of rain and wet roadways, he drove very cautiously along the many winding roads leaving Sorrento. We were very pleased with both his punctuality and his driving, especially after having had some real cowboy drivers for past excursions in the Sorrento area. Bravo!
