You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Nice Trip!

My driver phoned me to let me know that he would be a little early to pick me up if that was ok. I was ready to disembark from the ship so an early pickup was fine with me. We met in the short-term parking area of the terminal and were soon on our way to my hotel near Heathrow Airport. Traffic wasn't bad for a Saturday morning, so we had a pretty quick trip from Southampton. The driver was very helpful loading and unloading me and his car was very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again or recommend it to my friends.

Our driver came early as she was concerned with traffic. We were .ost ready to go so we got an early start. She was pleasant and we talked a lot of the way. She was thoughtful and asked if we needed to make a stop about 30 minutes before arrival at the port. The booking and trip went smoothly and we would consider Viator again when the need arises for transportation.
