DO NOT BUY -- You can get the same service cheaper at the port using a taxi. We ordered premium service and a Toyota Prius Ex showed up to take 4 adults with luggage and carry-ons. No way we could fit all that in this small car. Never felt so ripped off -- will never use again!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, I'm sorry that you feel that you have been misled clear instructions are provided on your booking voucher on the capacity of the vehicle. The driver arrived 10 minutes early at the pick-up point at that point he advised the office that you were travelling with too much luggage more than the recommended allowance, we agreed with yourselves that we would send you another vehicle which arrived within 20 minutes but that point you had already left the terminal, my understanding is that you have requested a refund and is still being looked into.
