On International flights we will greet you outside of Customs holding a printed sign displaying your name. If you cannot locate your chauffeur call us and we will assist you in locating your driver. If you cannot locate your chauffeur for any reason please do not leave as you will be charged as a No-Show. Please call us immediately at the provided numbers and we will assist you in locating your driver. Our Meeting Point at Southampton Cruise Port : Our driver will hold your name on a name board by the Arrival gate of your Cruise disembarking dock

Bad service! Do not use it. There was a delay when disembarking the cruise ship and they overcharge us over $80 because of the delay, even though it was not our fault and totally our of our control. They never warn us beforehand about such possibility. If the overcharge was not accepted, they will cancel the transfer from Southampton to London. Terrible service. Not recommended.

Please note that you are given a disembark time by your cruise line, we have no access to this and perform pickups based on the time you give us. The pick up time was scheduled by you at 6am. The disembark time was 8:30am and passenger came out at 8:42. Due to this delay, there was a £70 extra charge and passenger paid for it to the driver.
Viator let us down 100%

We were to have a Mercedes SUV transfer with five pieces of luggage. Instead Viator sent a small car, and the driver said he could not take us because he could not fit all the luggage So we were stranded. No thanks to Viator, another company got us to London, but we had to pay an additional fee (we pre paid Viator).

Excellent option in transit

First I will say that this was a top notch experience for me. My airline had completely scrambled my original plan to arrive in Southampton UK. The last minute blitz to get from a new airport in Stansted UK late in the day. I would be too tired to make the drive, so this was the best option for me to get to my destination in Southampton.

Driver was safe and reliable—on time and helpful with luggage. He communicated most sATISFACTORILY—THE ONLY REASON FOR ONLY FOUR STARS—VAN did not have A/C and outside temps were almost 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Would recommend and use again.
