    We downloaded the app in advance as was recommended because of poor Internet connections. It didn’t matter, we still couldn’t get the tour to open.

    Hi, as mentioned the instructions and in text, you also need to download the tour :). We have tours in 40 plus cities in the USA. Each tour is in depth :). So you'll need to download the tour. The signal in Tombstone is bad for some carriers. It's is highly suggested to download the tour before visiting. This is a pretty popular tour, so I'm sad you could not experience it. Happy New Year!
