Cancelled with one day notice for the lack of participants. I ended scrambling to readjust my plans. Plus the operator did not initiate a refund of my trip and I had to take it to Viator to seek a refund (still pending review).
Museum closed!

The driver of the coach was friendly but had very limited English. we were not informed before we went that the Toulouse Lautrec museum closed for two hours between 12 and 2 oclock. If we had known this we would have visited the museum first and the cathedral later.We had to leave at 2.30 so could not visit which was disappointing. The organisers at the office should make this clear to people who book this trip.

Very well done and the Cathedral was spectacular. Highly recommend the audio guide. Only downside is that many things are closed between 12.00 and 14.00 which leaves very little time for the Museum for example.

The trip was good but I would of like some explanation about where we were going and what we were going to see. It was just a bus ride and we were left on our own. It was built as an English speaking trip and the bus driver did not speak English. There was no commentary at all.

Good Attraction but not Viator

Albi is a fastastic place to visit. We were misinformed by the Viator that this was a guided tour which it is not. It is just a bus ride to and from. Also the price is steep due to commisions I presume. The City Tour bus office is cheaper plus the tourism office. Unfortunately we were not in Albi long enough due to our time in the Toulouse Latrec museum. We were not advised on time allotments.

Passeio excelente. Ambos realmente interessantes e valem cada euro investido no passeio. a viagem demora certa de uma hora em ônibus confortável, motorista atencioso. A Catedral de Albi vale a visita a cidade e em seguida após pouco mais de meia hora estávamos em Cordis Sur Ciel, uma encantadora vila medieval encrustada numa elevação. Dá para subir a pé mas aconselho a subir com o simpatico trenzinho e voltar andando.

O passeio a Albi e Cordes sur Ciel é simplismente maravilhoso. O ônibus é pontual, não é muito confortável, porém as cidades visitadas vale à pena a viagem. são pequenas cidades medievais, super conservadas, com comida ótima e muitas coisas para ver. O tempo que fica em Albi é bem suficiente para ver tudo. Em Cordes sur Ciel seria melhor um pouco mais de tempo, mas foi possível tirar fotos lindas e sentir como era a vida nas cidades de pedras há mais de 1000 anos. Adoramos o passeio.
