If you are meeting at our 999 Canada Place location, meet us at 30 minutes prior to tour departure time. Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing will pick up from select downtown Vancouver hotels. Please provide the hotel information at the time of booking. Guests must contact Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing by 5 pm the night prior to departure to confirm pick up location and time.

Excellent hotel room. One of the best ever. Beautiful part of the world. Very welcoming. Perfect weather helps, but would be worth the trip anytime.

Disorganised tour

Very disorgnised tour. Seaplane back to Vancouver was not booked which the hotel had to book for us last minute. Prepaid-Taxi did not arrive to take us from the hotel to the seaplane departure so we walk with our luggage that took 20mins. No bus to take us back to hotel after the end of the tour and we had to book our own uber. Bus driver had no idea and viator did not respond to emails. Highly recommended not booking this tour.

Chaotic Tour Operator spoilt a wonderful experience

An amazing experience but spoilt by the lack of information from the Tour Operator. We are flying back by sea plane but absolutely no information given as to flight time. We had to find out from Harbour Sea Planes which flight we were booked on. Also no voucher readily available for taxi transfers to the hotel. All in all chaotic.

Great package, hotel at Laurel Point was very comfortable and great location. Bus driver very knowledgeable. Butchart Gardens just breathtaking. Float Plane back was highlight too. So easy with awesome views.

Liked the ferry ride from Vancouver to Victoria. The Butchart gardens were beautiful. We were at the gardens for 2 hours, wish we had an hour more. Enjoyed walking around downtown Victoria and the harbor. The Inn at Laurel Point was very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. From the commentary as we made our way from our pickup to the ferry. The gardens were superb and the Laurel Inn met our expectations ith clean and tidy facilities, very helpful staff and a brilliant view from our room. we were a littlle apprehensive about the float plane flight back, but it,also, was thrilling. The only disappointment was that as we were in Vancouver and paid in Canadian dollars with our cash currency card, we found later when the card ran out of money, that the amount quoted in Canadian dollars was converted to U.S dollars, so cost us more and depleted the card sooner than it should have. Please be aware of this.

The two-day Victoria trip was very enjoyable. There wasn't much guided tour in this package as the tour guide is basically the driver driving us to the pier for the bus to get on the ferry to Victoria. Then he drove us to Butchart Garden where we could just tour around the place ourselves. We were then dropped off at our hotel for checking in and the rest of the first day and the next day were all our free times. The hotel chosen for us is very good, very good service and the room is very nice. The airplane experience was fantastic. The tour was very costy but worth to do it.

This trip was wonderful! The tour guides were friendly, informative and on time. Everything went smoothly and as advertised, just as in past Viator tours we've taken. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful and the city was easily accessible by walking. We could have stayed at the Empress but chose the Inn at Laurel Point and were very happy with the choice. We would highly recommend it.

Although I enjoyed the trip, there were significant issues that made me feel that this trip was not worth the significant expense... On the positive...the trip was fairly well organized and as advertised. Down sides...van picking us up at the hotel was 30 minutes late. The driver was curt and unfriendly. He took us to our tour guide who was friendly but who clearly was not a native English speaker. He was not aware or familiar with the fact that we were spending the night... most of the guests were doing the day trip. Eventually, he figured it out and got our vouchers. The hotel was sub standard. After three room switches and numerous phone calls, it became clear that the hotel had an upgraded wing... We decided to pay extra for this... It would have been helpful had we known. The difference was huge. Almost as though they were two separate hotels. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, although not inexpensive . Lastly, when we showed up for our float plane,there was fog and planes were being cancelled. I had triple checked on this prior to booking and during the trip as we needed to catch our cross country flight home. I had been told that there was no problem and no need for concern. This was not the case... When I called the vendor to report that the flight plane might be cancelled, I was told that this was not their problem. Luckily, the flight did take off and we got home to the east coast. When I return to Victoria, I will not take this tour.

This was a great tour, starting with afriendly, informative tour guide, Mike. He guided us from the ferry to Buchart Gardens in the sunshine, and dropped us at our comfortable hotel. We had time during the next day to look round Victoria and themagnificent BC Museum before an unforgettable float plane ride back to Vancouver. Everything had gone smoothly until then, but we were then met by the shuttle who refused to take us back to our hotel, and rather than be abandoned in an underground carpark, we had to agree to be dropped at the taxi rank. What a pity tnat the final stage should be so disappointing.

Absolutely spectacular. The one day tour could not possibly be enough to see all Victoria has to offer. A lovely drive to catch the ferry to Vancouver Island. Mike, our guide, was brilliant giving us non stop information and history of the area without ever sounding dry or tedious! Saw seals and a whale from the ferry. We had a good 2hrs at Butchart Gardens then on to Victoria. Accommodation at Laurel Point was centrally located and comfortable. Flew out of Victoria Harbour at 6pm next day on a twin engine float plane. Smooth flight. Highly recommended!
