For tours in the winter, spring and fall (Oct – May), we recommend wearing layers and gloves, as the weather can be unpredictable (rain ponchos available for use if needed); for tours in the summer, we recommend wearing shorts, T-shirts, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen and sunglasses
We recommend bringing a light jacket in case of unexpected weather conditions, even in the summer months
Tour runs rain or shine; if you prefer to not ride in the rain, keep your eye on the forecast and try and let us know by the day before.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We very much enjoyed the ride. It was a great way to see Vancouver. The e-bike was in very good condition. The bike paths in the city are exceptional. Our tour guide, Paulo, was informative on most historical and cultural issues related to Vancouver.

Fantastic e-bike tour of Stanley Park, Chinatown, Gas Town and other parts. E-bikes were great. Really helped you get up hills smoothly without too much effort. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Loved this experience because it was guided and was a small group (8 people max). Vancouver is a very bike-oriented city with bike lanes just about everywhere. Because of this, felt very safe at all times. Tour was 4 hours and covered quite a lot of territory, but with the e-bikes you weren’t exhausted by the end. Highly recommend this tour for exploring the city!

Wonderful tour guide with insightful things to share and perfect timing to see the art installment under the overpass (don’t want to give too much away here :o). Traveled 20m but it didn’t feel like it. Lovely city and felt very safe experiencing it on an e-bike.

The tour was great, I'm not into tours but this one was such a unique experience. We did a four hour ebike tour with Cycle City Tours, I highly recommend it. We loved Stanley Park, especially Beaver Lake. There's so much beauty and history there. Such an amazing experience for us.
