This tour is perfect for first timers to the city of Vancouver! It offers an amazing overview of the peninsula. Our tour guide, Alessio, was AMAZING! His personality is perfect and you can tell he's walking in his gift! He is a 4th generation local to Vancouver and it showed! He told us the good, the bad and the ugly but in a very respectful way. He made us want to move here! However, its too cold for us Florida residents 😆. After the tour, my 8 year old kept saying, "I don't want to leave that tour guide. He was so funny. I got all his jokes." Thanks Alessio for making this trip memorable for our family. The highlight of the tour was the Vancouver lookout and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Do not miss this part!!! You'll be amazed!! The pickup and drop off were timely. We stayed on schedule! The tour bus was comfortable with a great audio system to hear the tour guide. Highly recommend this viator booking!

The tour gives you the main highlights of Vancouver although you’re not able to stop at every location it gives you the opportunity to map out and go back to places that are not included in the tour. I would recommend it.

This tour was a great way to see all the sights! Plenty of time at each stop and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The only downside (and it has nothing to do with the actual tour) is that you're often waiting around for other members of your group to meet back at the bus before you can head to the next stop. Some people are just incredibly inconsiderate when it comes to timing.

Wonderful group facilitator, met lovely people, and had a great time! It was cold outside but the bus was warm and I didn't get too cold because I brought a jacket, gloves and beanie. It wasnt too busy anywhere because of the weather so id highly recommend!

Rodrigues - very good , made you feel comfortable and at ease. The only negative would be the limited time in Granville Island it would have been nice for a little longer as the queues are rather long. All in all it was my favourite out all the trips we did in Vancouver! The bridge had been decorated for Valentine’s Day and my daughters birthday is on this day so it all completed itself well for us, also the bus was comfy. Thank you Rodrigues !

Fantastic we had fun . Amazing site seeing tour of the the city. Stanley Park was great,Granville Island was nice lots of shops ,the market and produce some are bigger than others ,chance to try yummy donuts,Chinatown very interesting and learned the story, lookout view of the city,Capilano suspension Bridge was awesome

No Understanding for Loyal Customer

Let’s start here, Brent gets 5 stars, but the customer service rep gets a negative one star. My daughter’s flight was delayed and connecting flight to Vancouver was missed. As soon as I realized she was not going to make it, I called customer service. I tried to cancel 1 of 3 tickets, 16 hours prior to the excursion, but was told I could not cancel because it was within their 24 hour cancellation policy. I then asked for a credit, but was told no. I have used Viator services on all my vacations (loyal to the brand) and would have expected understanding. I’m recently retired and this is my 4th time using Viator all within the last year. I am still asking for understanding and a credit for one unused ticket.

It was a perfect tour. Our tour guide Aleso was very friendly, knowledgeable and overall a nice gentleman. My son and I came in for a short two day trip. This tour was perfect for our short stay. Covered all highlight spots of the city. Aleso gave us great recommendations of places to visit and eat during our short stops and post tour for dinner. We had a blast.
