We paid extremely good money to go on this tour. Attending with me was my wife and two daughters. We attended firstly Grouse Mountain and this was sensational then after this we moved on to Capilano Suspension Bridge which was unfortunately closed and our tour group could not attend. The tour cost included this visit (park fee) to Capilano Suspension Bridge which we discovered was near $200 (CAD) - the reason we know this was we attended the next day which included on top a $60 taxi fare too. I am writing to request that our ticket prices be refunded. Its the right thing to do I would have thought. Regards, David Plews

We always provided clients with refunds and replacement options when we come across this challenge moments. I got picked up, then was told shortly after that the tour didn’t include grouse mountain and in fact it was was basically just a bus tour around Vancouver with capilano bridge included…I had already toured about Vancouver so I wasn’t interested in anything else other then the capilano suspension bridge. I was very disappointed that I had booked and paid such a price for a tour I didn’t receive. The only plus side was that tour guide was sympathetic and gave me a few bits of information regarding something totally different.

We did replace Grouse Mountain for a city tour due to a forest fire and the bad air quality at the Mountain. The tour guide did explain again for you about the changes as we know you probably did not had access to your phone or email before we started the tour with you. The Suspension bridge, hike and the cliff walk were terrific. We also had a great guide with Eric. Having a tour planned in advance made every experience easy. The only down side was the heat wave during our week in Vancouver - July 26 - Aug 2. Go in June or July!

Our favorite day ! So much to do at both parks-my favorite was the Capilano suspension bridge and treetop and cliff walk. I am slightly afraid of heights so was a bit concerned that I would be too scared to participate. The bridge is very stable and the tree top and cliff walk are totally secure with no wobbling so I enjoyed it all. Cute shop and restaurants there as well-will go back again to spend more time there. My kids and husband loved Grouse mountain and seeing bears, riding gondola and ski lift into the clouds. Had nice lunch there with unbeatable views. Our guide Kyle was awesome-so fun and informative.

We would have given this tour 5 stars but two issues knocked it down to 4. We were told the pickup at our hotel would be between 8:40 and 9:00AM. We got outside at 8:30 but got picked up at 9:20. The explanation was that heavy traffic was the cause but I would expect that any company operating in a major city would take that into account when scheduling their pickups. The other issue was minor - the van was great and the tour guide Kyle was excellent but because we were sitting in the back seat it was difficult to hear his commentary about the area. The two attractions are not to be missed and, in all fairness, we would use this tour company again.

We were picked up promptly from our hotel in a comfortable van en route to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park after passing by Stanley Park & Lions Gate Bridge. Kyle, our knowledgeable & helpful guide and Vancouver native, was fantastic! He provided info. on the history, geography, and economy. He also took pics for our family. We really enjoyed crossing the suspension bridge, treetop adventure, and cliff walk. Although it was cloudy at Grouse Mountain, we still enjoyed the tram ride with the scenic views. The lumberjack show was comedic and the kids loved it. Coola & Grinder, the bears, were out and about so we saw them up close. Overall, fantastic tour & guide who made efficient use of our time at each stop. We highly recommend it!
