Q:Is it reserved seating?

A:Yes, all seats are reserved based on your booking (similar to a restaurant). Please let us know at the time of booking, or no later than 72 hours prior to the cruise if you wish to be seated with other travelers who have booked separately

Q:Is it wheelchair accessible?

A:Our vessels are wheelchair possible. If you have a standard-sized wheelchair, it would be no problem to get you on the vessel. However, there are stairs to the upper decks. This means you will be seated on the main deck that you boarded on. There are windows all around the vessel for panoramic viewing of the surroundings. Furthermore, the accessibility of the washrooms varies between each vessel. If you are in a wheelchair please let us know at the time of booking.

Q:Do I need a boarding pass?

A:Yes you do. Please check in at the tour and information office prior to boarding the vessel to collect your physical boarding pass. The tour office and vessels are at the same location at 501.Denman Street.

My husband and I took our 2.5 year old on this cruise, the staff was so friendly, professional and knowledgable on the sights we saw. The cruise was large, clean and had snacks and beverages for all (to purchase) if needed. We enjoyed being inside and out, would recommend to do this as it's not long and there are a lot of things to see on the water.
