    Go west on Georgia Street (downtown Vancouver), when you get to Denman Street make a right turn. See parking lot on your left. Look for Harbour Cruises blue sign below the parking lot, walk down the ramp to the water to Harbour Cruises Marina. You have arrived! Go to ticket office to pick up boarding passes.

What To Expect

Your luxurious dinner cruise launches in the evening from Devonian Harbour near Stanley Park. Board the lovely double-decker paddle wheeler, and take a promenade along the deck or find a seat in the cabin. Cruise through Vancouver’s scenic harbor and Burrard Inlet as the sun sets on the Pacific Ocean. Relax and admire glowing views of the city skyline including Canada Place and the West Vancouver Shoreline, set against the dramatic backdrop of North Shore Mountains.

When whimsy strikes you, visit the dinner buffet and sample a variety of regional dishes from fresh salads and sides to British Columbia salmon and beef bordelaise. (Sample menu included below.) As you eat, admire striking views, enjoy local live music, and visit with friends old and new.

Your dining cruise ends back at the departure point in Vancouver with plenty of time to sample the Vancouver nightlife.

    A:Yes, all seats are reserved based on your booking (similar to a restaurant). Please let us know at the time of booking, or no later than 72 hours prior to the cruise if you wish to be seated with other travelers who have booked separately.

    Q:Is it wheelchair accessible?

    A:Our vessels are wheelchair possible. If you have a standard-sized wheelchair, it would be no problem to get you on the vessel. However, there are stairs to the upper decks. This means you will be seated on the main deck that you boarded on. There are windows all around the vessel for panoramic viewing of the surroundings. Furthermore, the accessibility of the washrooms varies between each vessel. If you are in a wheelchair please let us know at the time of booking.

    A:Boarding for our dining cruises is 30 minutes prior to the start time. We leave on time, please do not be late.

    A:Yes you do. Please check in at the tour and information office prior to boarding the vessel to collect your physical boarding pass. The tour office and vessels are at the same location at 501.Denman Street.

    A:Pets are not allowed on any of our vessels unless they are certified service animals with documentation that can be shown at the time of boarding.

    A:We never guarantee a vessel. Our vessels are subject to change and are dependent on availability.

    A:There is a pay parking lot by Easy Park above the Harbour Cruises marina at 501. Denman Street. Parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The parking meter is located at the entrance of the parking lot and only accepts credit cards.

    This was a very disappointing trip. We paid $210CAD each for this trip. The wine choice was very low end ((cheap). You would think you would have a better selection! The cocktails were charged over and above the price of the dinner and cruise. Wine glasses were small and old. Charged different amounts on the bill compared to the menu. We were not told you could have seconds on your meal. Dinner was cold. We did ask the staff questions why we did not see landmarks we were told we would but they never came back to answer us. They were more concerned about eating their own dinner.The dessert was served with a spatchula that you would flip eggs with. Just really disappointing

    We didn’t get a chance to actually sail on account of some crusty weather that came up, but the food was great, the boat was gorgeous, and the staff did a lovely job of accommodating us as best they could. It was scheduled for our last night so we couldn’t try again to sail another night, but if the view from the dock was any indication, the view on the water would be lovely.

    We tested positive the morning we were to leave on the harbor cruise for Covid. We called and asked for a refund. Said no, we did not go because we did not want to get others sick. We should have gotten a refund

    I cancelled my booking 932456708 3 days before but viator still took money out of my account. I immediately requested for a refund and up to now my money is stuck with visitor. This is bad customer service and I will never ever reserve something through viator. Never again!!!

    I wish the cruise had started earlier. Seems we only had a few minutes to enjoy the view before the sun was down and it was too dark to appreciate the view. The food was good- not great. The music was not very good. But the time we spent before the sun went down out on the deck was awesome!!
