    Nice experience
    Andrea_T, May 2023
Very nice and friendly staff. The food was great, the roasted veggies were delicious. I also enjoyed the salmon and beef.
    Excellent experience!

Meeting great people, the live music, a wonderful meal and the sights. Loved the ambience and the care the staff gave us.
    Kelly_E, May 2023
This was a very disappointing trip. We paid $210CAD each for this trip. The wine choice was very low end ((cheap). You would think you would have a better selection! The cocktails were charged over and above the price of the dinner and cruise. Wine glasses were small and old. Charged different amounts on the bill compared to the menu. We were not told you could have seconds on your meal. Dinner was cold. We did ask the staff questions why we did not see landmarks we were told we would but they never came back to answer us. They were more concerned about eating their own dinner. The dessert was served with a spatchula that you would flip eggs with. Just really disappointing
    Evening of Lights

My husband and I enjoyed the sunset dinner cruise. The Vancouver lights as the backdrop with great entertainment made the last night of our vacation memorable.
    Beautiful Boat, Great Food
    Loryanna_M, Oct 2022
We didn’t get a chance to actually sail on account of some crusty weather that came up, but the food was great, the boat was gorgeous, and the staff did a lovely job of accommodating us as best they could. It was scheduled for our last night so we couldn’t try again to sail another night, but if the view from the dock was any indication, the view on the water would be lovely.
    Tracy_W, Oct 2022
Very well organised and food was excellent. The views from the boat were amazing to. The staff were very good.

Great dinner and ambiance music. In October is no longer a sunset cruise but a night time cruise, So was a bit disappointed for that. Overall a great experience.

    Johnny_C, Oct 2022
We believed that the glorious sunset, the cool breeze, and the night time city lights in the harbor were spectacular.
    Not accommodating
    Marlene_G, Oct 2022
We tested positive the morning we were to leave on the harbor cruise for Covid. We called and asked for a refund. Said no, we did not go because we did not want to get others sick. We should have gotten a refund
    Worst customer service
    REBECCA_D, Oct 2022
We came down with COVID . I know the policy it to cancel within 24 hours but sometime you need to make an exception. The customer service person I spoke with was no help at all. All I was asking for is partial refund not a full refund. Won’t ever use this service again.

    Great time
    Joyce_P, Sep 2022
Great views of the city waterfront. The food was excellent. The only suggestion is more narration about the sites
    Good Tour
    Jimmy_C, Sep 2022
I wish the cruise had started earlier. Seems we only had a few minutes to enjoy the view before the sun was down and it was too dark to appreciate the view. The food was good- not great. The music was not very good. But the time we spent before the sun went down out on the deck was awesome!!
    Spectacular views and guests
    Bob_H, Sep 2022
Views of downtown were spectacular. It was nice to meet other guests. Easy to sign up and participate.
    Mary, Sep 2022
The views were spectacular I enjoyed sitting only with my partner. The tables are close but not long, banquet setting.
    A nice evening
    Rosemary_S, Sep 2022
It was very nice & the food was great! Need to tone down interior lighting. It is too bright & makes the outside hard to see from glare. Music was ok.
    SUNSET without narration
    Roberto_L, Sep 2022
Very poor narration, no history or detail of landmarks Food was ok Poor selection of scotch Good service and friendly people
