What To Expect

Get a unique view of the beautiful city of Vancouver, marveling at its scenic harbor, surrounding mountains and beautiful architecture, during this 20-minute seaplane flight. You'll take off from the water of Vancouver's busy downtown harbor, continuing on a aerial exploration of some of the city's beautiful skyline and lush pine tree-covered surroundings.

Start your seaplane flight from Canada Place in Downtown Vancouver. Depending on the time you select, your flight will leave at either 10:30am, 2:30pm or 6:45pm. Climb aboard your seaplane and feel the engines whir up to full power as you gracefully glide above the water and up into sky.

During the course of your flight you'll be able to observe landmarks like Vancouver's emerald-green Stanley Park, its bustling downtown, and the buildings constructed for the city's hosting of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Then come back down to earth (or water, rather) touching back in the harbor with a splash, having enjoyed a one-of-a-kind view of this unique Canadian city.

On your seaplane tour of Vancouver, you'll soar in the sky for 20 minutes and discover Vancouver as well as the spectacular Olympic venues from a bird's eye view.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Up up and away

I did this trip whilst in Vancouver as part of a multi-city trip. I have always wanted to take a trip on a boat plane and luckily for me I had the opportunity on this trip. The check-in process down by the harbour was really easy and the waiting lounge was comfortable. The plane held around 15 people but, there was plenty of room and everybody had a good view from the cabin. The pilot was friendly and provided commentary of the main sites. The flight was smooth and lasted around 20 minutes. The views over the bay and up over the snow covered mountains were just stunning. I found myself sitting there with a massive smile on my face, it was so captivating. The flight was amazingly smooth, as was the landing. It was truly one of the best experiences of this holiday and ticked a bucket list box for me. I would absolutely do this trip again, it was stunning. I was so lucky to have a perfectly clear day so could take loads of photos. I can't recommend this trip highly enough, it was worth every penny.

Surprised my Girlfriend with this experience. She's a flight attendant and loves anything aviation. We had smiles on our faces the whole time! What a cool experience and a unique perspective of the city and surrounding area. The pilot (a Vancouver native) was very professional and gave a great tour.
