  • All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

Shocking and distressing experience with Viator

I would not recommend Viator to anyone. I paid a substantial amount of money for our return trip to Victoria and a Whale watching experience. The seaplane had not been booked at the time we had requested and confirmed which caused delay and stress to the day's arrangements and no seaplane booking had been made on our return. We were at risk of having to stay on the island overnight at great expense to us; thanks to Vancouver seaplane port they booked us onto an additional flight - earlier then planned - no thanks to Viator. Our day was therefore cut short and we had to pay for taxi which had not been original plan. The day was made worse by the fact that Viator had not booked the whale watching experience as agreed and paid for!

Way to travel to Victoria

Took this plane to travel to Victoria to see Butchart garden and Victoria. Expensive but this is so efficient. This is the way to go if you can afford it. Flight was on time, comfortable and very smooth. Highly recommended

Don’t fly in windy weather

Amazing views great staff

Our Air Canada flight from Montreal was grounded and arrived 5 hours later than scheduled and we were unable to make our harbour flight at the time we had booked and confirmed. When I explained the situation they were amazing and moved us to a later flight the same day at no charge. It was really appreciated. Very nice staff. We loved the flight.
