What To Expect

Your full-day tour of Whistler begins with morning pickup from select hotels in Vancouver and Richmond. Meet your guide and climb aboard the spacious coach, then relax and take in the dramatic British Columbia landscape as you exit the city. Cruise through the Sea-to-Sky corridor, soaking up views of the Tantalus Mountains and the plunging Cheakmus River canyon.

Ascend to a lofty 2,000 feet (609 meters) into Whistler Village, where you stop for the afternoon to participate in a number of optional seasonal activities (fees not included in tour). Take a zipline tour through the alpine forest, explore the mountains by snowmobile or ATV, or take a stroll through Whistler Village.

Take some time to check out the small ski community, buy lunch at a local cafe or restaurant, or visit the Squamish Lil wat Cultural Center (admission included). Afterward, enjoy a relaxing drive back to your departure point in Vancouver, breaking to view the rush of Shannon Falls, British Columbia's third-highest waterfall.

Your excursion concludes back at your departure point in the evening.

Tim was a fantastic driver and a great tour guide! We were the first to be picked up and the last to be dropped off. We enjoyed our entire day we spent with him. He pointed out all the interesting sights along the way, stopped at all the major scenic spots to include Shannon Falls, a visitors center, an overlook at the Tantalus Range with glaciers, Alexander Falls, and Porteau Cove. He even told us the easier way to get to some of these sights! When we arrived at Whistler, he dropped us off at the Blackcomb gondola so that we could take that to the top and enjoy the magnificent sights. The weather was absolutely spectacular. We had plenty of time to enjoy the gondola ride and a hike. We then had plenty of time to come back down and walk around Whistler Village and have lunch at our favorite place, Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub. My son highly recommends the meat pie! And the pretzels were to die for. Like clockwork, and at the appointed time, Tim was at the pickup point in Whistler Village and we were on our way back to Vancouver, with stops along the way. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone. And Land Sea Tours as a whole. This was our second tour with them, and everything was smooth and easy and great communication and comfortable vehicles.

Matthew was a great guide. He's really charming and knowledgeable about the area we were in. If you've never seen that part of downtown, he'll show you some nice spots and there's hardly any better way to spend the evening than watch the sunset and have a great conversation whilst enjoying some craft beer!

The most memorable experience of our trip was Shannon Falls & Whistler Village, beautiful landscape and a gorgeous waterfall. We had an amazing tour guide, he was a walking textbook of Vancouver’s history & a great driver! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, we only had one day for a tour. Also the shuttle driver arrived early & waited patiently, he communicated every detail of what to expect. The phone representative was very kind & answered all of our questions. Best of all they provided drop-off service to the airport for a minimum fee.
