    Do not book this service, they did not release the tickets, the guide was going to be late and would charge a large amount for 30min. Book elsewhere
    Canceled our tour last minute

    We booked our tour and I got an email 45 minutes before the meeting time canceling out tour. No one responded to my texts or emails and by that time, all tickets to enter Versailles were sold out. This was a real disappointment.

    I booked for tour more than a week in advance to start at 11.00 for 4 adults and 3 children. I received confirmation . Late the evening before I received a voice mail informing me the time of the tour was changed to 13.30. My included garden vist. I had plans in paris that would not enable me vist garden in afternoon . I went early so we see the gardens.I had to spend €67. To buy garden tickets. I expect a refund from you. After touring garden we to meeting at 13.30 and nobody was there at 13.50 I received a phone call from the guide me he wolud be there in 10 minutes and told he was told that the tour was supposed to start at 14.00 When he arrived he told me he was told we were supposed to be only 4 adult I showed him my confirmation showing 4 adults and 3 children we had to wait another 15 minutes for him to get additional tickets. I don’t consider the above to acceptable service.
