We weren’t allowed entrance to the tour because our screen shot picture of the ticket wouldn’t respond to the scanner. We didn’t have cell service to open the e-ticket.

Audio is free when you pay for entrance to the garden therefore it is better to pay for the entrance which is €10 rather than this audio tour

7 Stunden vor unserem Besuch im Schloß Versailles wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unsere Karten doch nicht zur Verfügung stehen …. Kosten wurden uns für die Tickets rückerstattet, für die dazugebuchten Audioguides wurde uns jedoch nichts retourniert!!! Haben noch kurzfristig über eine andere Firma einen tollen Besuch in Versailles buchen können!!!
