We did the tour a few days after Christmas and although a little colder but very manageable with a coat - it was nice because it was much quieter than in the summer.

Best tour of Versailles

Zara was a wonderful guide. Being a private tour, we were allowed to better dictate our time at certain points. The lunch was great and we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy it. My wife waited for a long time to see Versailles and she said this tour was the perfect way to go.

My family and I scheduled the tour, not knowing anything about Paris or how to get around. The tour pick up was easily found (we stayed in Chessy). Clémence drove us safely to our destination. She was funny and engaging. She was extremely insightful during the tour. It was amazing to have our day planned and executed with very little effort on our part. Clémence recommended places to visit and eat while in paris. She was amazing! We give 10 stars to her!!!

Tour Versailles With Zara

This was an all day experience. Our tour guide was Zara. She was on time for the pick up and it was non stop great service for the day. Versailles Palace is such a large site and Zara made sure we didn't miss anything. She arranged a great table for the lunch. The food was incredible. I give Zara the highest possible rating and a very heart felt thank you for a great experience.

Exceptional Private Tour Experience!

I wanted to experience Paris for the first time with the best of the best. This private guided day tour of Versailles exceeded all of my expectations. Fabrice was our private guide for a day at Versailles and it was nothing short of an exceptional experience from start to finish. Fabrice picked us up at our hotel and the day started with a wonderful introduction of the history of everything from the drive from Paris to Versailles to all the history leading up to how Versailles was created. Fabrice took care of everything for us. We just followed his lead and guided us through the palace teaching us more than I could have ever imagined learning. One would never know all the history we learned going to Versailles and touring on their own. After the Palace (which is amazing) Fabrice walked us through the garden to our lunch at La Flottille which was delightful. A lovely restaurant on the grounds of Versailles where we enjoyed lunch and wine. Simply perfect. Fabrice then met us for the afternoon portion of the tour through the Grand Trianon, Petite Trianon and the farm. Finally the drive back to Paris and a drop off at our hotel. I HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone wanting a grand private tour and please ask for Fabrice. His knowledge of history was outstanding!!!

i would highly recommend the Versailles full day tour. Zara picked us up at our hotel and immediately began sharing all kinds of interesting information about Paris as we drove through the city. Great time on a rainy day

We enjoyed our visit to Versailles very much! The palace is magnificent and our guide Zara was a wealth of information, accommodating and pleasant! She ensured we didn’t feel rushed and answered all of our questions and requests. My only issue was with the car sent, I expected a large Mercedes Benz (as advertised) instead we got a Tesla, which is a great car however my husband is very tall and was not comfortable. Overall a great experience!

Good tour but not great for the $$$$.

This is a very good experience. Our guide was good and very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. Lunch was good but we had to pay for our champagne.$65. We had been told it was all included, but clearly there was a misunderstanding. This was a good experience but over priced in our opinion. In hindsight I would have booked a private guide and would have saved $500.00

Lucille is an EXCEPTIONAL guide! Knowledgeable, friendly, easy-to-understand. We chose a private guided tour because we have some mobility and hearing issues. This was by far the best touring experience we've ever had. Lucille picked us up at our hotel, arriving early for our 9 am scheduled time. She expertly drove us to Versailles, asking questions about our knowledge of Paris and pointing out landmarks along the way while giving us background on Versailles. Her narrative about the buildings and the people who inhabited them was wonderful! She recognized when we were slowing down and asked if we wanted to skip Grand Trianon and focus on Petit Trianon and Queen's Hamlet. A great suggestion! We loved learning more about Marie Antoinette and her private retreat. Lucille drove us back to our hotel, two Americans very satisfied with the tour and our wonderful guide.
