Big mess up ended in wonderful tour.

Our tour guide, Marta, was excellent. Cinque Terre is beautiful. Our driver was excellent over some skinny, twisty roads…no one got car sick! Highly recommend going there but my booking experience with Viator was horrible. They kept sending me messages that my trip was booked for pick-up in a town 50 km from where we were staying. Then I would get another email saying I was to be picked up where I booked for. Then another email would tell me that I was wrong and that I booked for the wrong city…on and on and on for 2 weeks prior to the tour! When the day of tour arrived, we were on the list for the correct departure point I booked. I do not recommend booking with Viator!

Een hele leuke ervaring om met een kleine groep en zeer goede gids, deze excursie te ondernemen. De gids vertelde veel en was ook zeer onderhoudend naar ons en de medepassagiers.
