Adventure in February
Daniela_M, Feb 2023
Really skilled drivers and guides. We had difficult road conditions and they navigated through them easily. The caves are breathtaking. Highly recommend!
Great excursion but…
Allan_S, Aug 2022
Great excursion but microphone in vehicle didn’t work so most of us couldn’t hear what guide was saying. This is a valuable part of the entire experience so it was very disappointing. These things should be checked before excursions to ensure they work do that we as tourists get what we paid for. The guide was otherwise very knowledgeable and appreciated his insight.
Nice hike, cool guide, disappointing cave
LIa_F, Jul 2021
The guide was great but the cave itself was anticlimactic. I was expecting an actual cave and it was more of a hole in the ice you could barely stand up in. I wish it was advertised more accurately so people can make informed decisions, esp since this was the more expensive cave tours. The hike out there was beautiful
It's cheating
Andrii_K, Apr 2021
Hi, This is not a tour to the cave at all. The cave is closed. We were unhappy. What we saw was very different from the advertised photos and very different from the posted in Viator. It's too expensive for what it actually is.
Amazing
Stefano_S, Feb 2020
It was realy amazing, the ice cave was the best thing i’ve never seen. The duration of the experience was about 2 hours (10:00am to 12:00am).
Very interesting tour but ...
etwp, Sep 2019
The ice cave was very interesting and the guide was very good. My only objection was that it is advertised as a Jeep tour with a small group. We were in a 15 passenger totally packed van. Had we been driving through the sand in a Jeep with 6-8 passengers would have been fun but being crammed in the last seat of this van was not. Had it been advertised more honestly you wouldn’t start out disappointed.
Ice cave tour in summer?
francis2018, Jul 2019
Hi, we realised ice cave tours are more common in winter and this one is available in summer time. We appreciated the chance to attend, but in hindsight we may not want to go as it may just not be in the right time, what we saw was very different from the advertised photos (and very different from the one posted in Viator), and the ice is melting, and we found that we were in a cave walk rather than an ice cave tour.
Superbe moment paysage...
