- Zion National Park does not permit any low altitude passenger tour aircraft to fly directly over the park, instead you will enjoy stunning views looking into the park from the perimeter.
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (114 kg/ 17.9 st) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
- Please note that the maximum weight limit for any single passenger is 375 pounds / 170 Kilos. Passengers over this weight will regrettably not be able to fly

I had booked a flight, but they didn't have any other customers, so I was told the flight was canceled unless I wanted to pay $850 for a private tour.
I chose not to take the private tour, and will be refunded my money. My advice would be to be flexible and understanding if something like this happens. I was unable to reschedule because of my plans, however I am very sorry I wasn't able to take the tour.

Thank you for your feedback. Our booking terms & conditions require that a minimum of four (4) passengers are required to operate each helicopter flight. We work diligently to consolidate flights in order to operate our helicopter tours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our pilot was professional and really described the geology well throughout the flight. This made an amazing experience even better.
Good flight, not much tour

The pilot knew how to fly but he was no tour guide. I think he spoke about 4 sentences the whole 30 min flight. He pointed out a few sights and answered a few questions. Secondly, viator advertises a 50 minute experience and fails to mention half of that is watching a video and getting ready. Not happy about that. The desk manager Henry was kind and helpful but viator refused to do much about their misleading time. 25$ credit off an almost $350 flight.
We won't be using viator again

Love love love! Booking, checking in, safety, pilot, everything was great. Our flight time was about 20 minutes. Just wish it was a little longer of a trip for the money.
