Enriching our Yosemite visit

David‘s knowledge of the topography, trees, birds, animals and local history and climbing, was just what we hoped to learn about on our visit to Yosemite. His enthusiasm and care for the wilderness was evident. He accommodated two adolescents well. All round just great.

Our tour guide Chris was very nice, however, we were done with the tour in just about two hours. Based on how it was advertised, no fault of Chris’s, we thought there would be a lot more to see and expected something different than what we could just do on our own. It was very disappointing. It was way over priced for what we got. I feel like we should be reimbursed at least half of what we paid.

Jay was nice and knowledgeable. He went our pace and educated us about Yosemite along the way. We took great pictures and had a great time. Definitely remember to pack a lunch, snacks and plenty of water!

Wonderful tour as our guide Dan was very personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. He not only showed us an amazing trail to Illilouette Falls, but was able to articulate lots of interesting information about trees, plants, animals, and history . Highly recommend YTour and Dan!

Excellent guided tour of just a small portion of Yosemite, perfect for the whole family. Our guides John and Henry were knowledgeable and friendly, and were great with the kids. We went on about a 6 mile hike, with a rise in elevation of 1400', and saw a number of Yosemite's highlights, including Half Dome and El Capitan, as well as tons of waterfalls, rock formations, and other natural wonders. The guides presented just the right amount of information -- enough to make us feel like we really were learning something, but not so much that it overwhelmed us and took away from our ability to just take in the beauty of the environment on its own. This company was very easy to book with and to communicate with, and though they don't offer pickup from your lodging and you have to bring your own lunch, that acts to keep costs down, which is appreciated. Terrific day hiking that I would recommend to anyone.

Great! Our family had a great time. Trevor, our guide, was completely knowledgeable about every area of the park and timed it out spectacularly. We would 100% recommend this trip. We did it our first morning in the park and it worked well as we got a great oview and allowed us to discuss plans!
