Our flight arrived late and we had a very long line at passport control. We kept our driver updated but he said he could not wait any longer. He said that he only had to wait 60 minutes. We spent almost $60 and got nothing. We had to call an Uber to get to our hotel.

driver did not meet us at the designated spot in the arrival area as promised. i was not notified, but I called and was told to meet at another location which somewhat obscure for one unfamiliar with the airport (parking garage. level 4); I got a bit lost and my wife had to "beg" the driver to wait for me. stressful experience

Did not expect it was a long ride. Driver has a very nice BMW, it was a comfortable ride. Driver knows his streets well, but we almost missed our hotel.
