Nothing much. The tour was too crowded and rushed. The information given by the guide on the tour was not insightful, but, sounded like it was read from a wiki page.

It’s not a tour, just a boring bus ride

Overall average tour. They complete all the basic activities and go to all the places listed in the description, but it’s overall very boring. Rhine falls is pretty and the town is quaint, but it was nothing special. The tour guide barely talked about the scenery during the 2 hours drive through countryside or the town as we walked through. He only just got us from point A to B. It would have been better to take the train from Zurich to Rhine falls than waste my money on a bus tour with no actual “tour guiding”.

The guide Thomas was really good and kept us entertained. I really enjoying driving thru the Black Forest and going to the shopping village. I wish we got to walk around in the Black Forest but we knew before hand that it was just the shopping area. Rhine falls was nice too and we got some good pictures.

The tour was a good balance between the two destinations without the tour company knowing your personal preferences. The guide was good overall, but seemed overly repetitive. I was also under the impression that Drubba was the only Cuckoo Clock shop in the area. There are several in the town and each are comparable in price.i would've liked to look around at the other shops before committing to Drubaa. It was a good experience in general and I would recommend this tour if you don't have access to a vehicle or simply don't wish to plan out your trip.

Rhine falls of-course was the most interesting in this trip, but unfortunately the trip organisers give you more time in a village called Titisee, may be because they want you to buy things like Cuckoo Clock from there. The guide behaves as an agent of the shops and the restaurants in Titisee. The natural beauty of Rhine Falls is immense and the tourists should have more time there. The boat ride close to the Falls also is a fantastic experience.

The second highlight of this trip is the largest waterfalls in Europe with an optional boat trip near the falls. This was a good tour. If you've been to the Niagara Falls in the US these are just like it but smaller still beautiful to see. I just wish this tour included time to go see the castle on top. The falls are great but the castle would of been lovely to see. And the black forest town is boring except for the cake that was real good cake!

The Trip to Black Forest was interesting. From Zurich, it was a quick trip. There were times that you felt you weren’t in Germany. The area to see Coo Coo Clocks was really cool. I do advise to buy a clock while your there. i wish we would have entered the black forest on foot. The guide was great. Raymond did a great job

Enjoyed a scenic ride through the Black Forest and stop at beautiful Lake Titisee visiting shops and eating ice cream. Then went on an exciting Rhine Falls boat ride...right up to the Falls and got sprayed by the cool water! Our guide was wonderful.

Guide was excellent and knowledgeable! The only downside is we only 1 hour at each spot which is too little time. A more appropriate amount of time would have been 2-3 hours at each spot and more guided or self exploration of the space.

Thomas was very friendly, professional, great organized, optimistic. I would recommend to give the guests his phone number to be able to inform him in case of someone’s delay. So he doesn’t have to call everybody and ask why he is late.
