We regret the circumstances happened and wish to clarify that you booked two tours with us and missed the city tour on the first day (This tour you could do the following day) The previous day you called after 8pm to let us know that you just returned from the doctor and you were not sure if you could participate in the tour the following day due to the effects (pain) of the accident. By then we already informed you about the terms and conditions, indeed that this late cancellation would be considered a No Show. We offered that you see how you feel the next morning when you wake up if you feel good enough to do the tour or not. You called us and the pain would not have allowed you to do a day tour. Out of goodwill, we offered you to try another day to join the tour but mentioned that the booking situation is rather low and you need to check back if the tour would be operated the next three days. Twice we had to inform you that the tour departure became closed due to lack of participants and offered you to join another tour that was operated. We very much regret that you feel that we did not our best to accommodate you even on another tour that might be less in value so that you do not lose all of the paid arrangement.
