The Airline Canceled my flight

TAP Airline canceled my flight so I gave the airport transfer a heads up with plenty time before my pickup time. The company replied with that is concerned a NO SHOW and didn't want to refund my money back not even half. I eventually made to Zurich around 7pm that night and took a taxi and the price was less than what this company charged me as a solo tourist. I'm not taking these private vehicles from viator any more because they are changing more than the Taxi's with bad customer service.

Christian, the driver was punctual and very helpful with our luggages . He made sure we got to our hotel and he even showed us the tram station. Alp Transfer is very responsive to all my questions. We were picked up from Zurich airport and dropped off to our Zurich hotel. Van was big and clean . Will surely recommend them.

It was great to see the island especially when you start at one end and finish on the other end. I would have liked to sail versus just motor. It's most efficient as it is all timed out perfectly, however sailing would add to the experience versus just motoring.
