The driver came 10 min before schedule time so thay we are not late for our flight ..and what a beautiful mercedes car with beautiful music in the background to forget all sorrows of leaving a beautiful country like Switzerland...overall....superb transfer maybe The best in ZURICH

Viator pickup and deliver to Zurich Airport.

My wife, Sister-in-law and her husband got off an Avalon river cruise in Basel, Switzerland and since we were flying out of Zurich, we decided to extend a day. We needed a shuttle to the airport from Zurich City. Viator didn't have the Zurich Renaissance Tower Hotel on their list, but I still received an email from the local Viator rep, letting me know they knew where the hotel was and would be their promptly at 10am. The driver was right on time and we got to the airport without any issues. I would highly recommend using Viator. It saved us about $100 from what Avalon was going to charge us to have someone shuttle us.

Booked 2 shuttles: 04:30 for 2 people; 07:30 for 6 people (9-13 passengers w/luggage). 04:15 shuttle for 2 worked great! 07:30 shuttle was a disaster. Time scheduling software had problems. Booked for 07:30; confirmed 09/11, received text driver arrived at 06:52, contacted vendor - Alp transfer and they stated “…. can’t wait, exceeded 15 minute window, and left! Had to pay for 2 taxis. Request refund!!!
