We had an amazing evening with Roman with a unique tour of wines from Italy . The antipasti served with the wine tasting was very good and Roman was the perfect host, knowledgeable, incredibly professional and funny. We learnt how to smell, taste and enjoy our wines. Roman was an amazing host offering a fun and educational wine experience. Alongside the many types of wine he poured was delicious food and great conversation. Our experience with Roman was fantastic! We are from the state of Michigan and have experienced many wine tastings…this was our favorite by far. We learned so much about the wine process and what is involved to making wine, smelling wine and tasting wine. Roman answered all our questions and was a generous and kind host. The tasting room in a bunker was unique and comfortable. I would highly recommend this 3 hour tasting and experience. Thank you, Roman! If ever we are back in Switzerland we will visit again. What a phenomenal experience. Roman was witty and entertaining and also taught us a ton about wine. We booked this to celebrate my wife’s birthday and once I mentioned this to him in an email, he called me and arranged for something special for my wife. Not only did his own wife bake us a chocolate cake (using her grandmothers recipe! How cute!) but he also opened a special bottle of wine that paired perfectly with the cake. We learned more about wine with him than we have in any winery we have ever been to. Also! You won’t be hungry as he prepared a phenomenal Italian starter with various types of meats and cheeses that went very well with the wine choices. Would recommend this experience in a heartbeat. If you’re in Zurich, do not hesitate to book this! You won’t regret it!

Roman is a knowledgeable and entertaining host. He picked us up on time and spoke perfect English. We were treated to a great selection of Wines, liqueurs and digestifs. This experience was the best I've had when traveling. We were transported to the shelter for the tasting. The food and wine were amazing. We had such a great time enjoying the wine and food and chatting. We learned a lot and also got to ask a lot of questions. It was very comfortable and just like spending time with another friend, really. Very Excellent! Highly Recommend!!

Die Weindegustation war von A bis Z ein Vergnügen. Roman ist ein sehr netter und lustiger Mann. Meine Frau und ich haben uns köstlich amüsiert und sein Wissen über Weine ist ausgezeichnet. Wir haben die 3h in vollen Zügen genossen und sehr viel gelernt. Ich kann dieses Erlebnis jedem weiterempfehlen, der einen zwanglosen, lustigen und lehrreichen Nachmittag verbringen will.
