Our Guide, Eugenia, was knowlegable about the history of Zurich and Switzerland. She provide lots of information at each stop along the tour. In addition she had many reccomendations for additional sights and activities in and around Zurich. The pace was easy to manage and she made the experience interesting and enjoyable.

This trip was a total scam!! BEWARE!! We were at the main train station meeting point and no tour guide showed up. My wife and I even split up in case we were possibly in the wrong spot, no tour guide to be found. I don’t believe there ever was a tour, they just take your money and run. Shame on trip advisor and Viator for offering this tour!! I want my money back!!

Nice Way to see the City

The meeting place was not specific on our ticket and we missed the tour. Contacted Viator for a refund and they were apologetic but denied a refund for something that was totally their fault

The tour was great! A nice historical intro to Zürich along with a lot information related to businesses that have taken over Old Town. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Especially if it’s your first time in Zürich, or if you’ve been to Zürich and never sat back to enjoy the history around you.

Would not refund

Unfortunately my train got canceled coming from Stuttgart and reached the meeting point late(I have proof). I requested a refund which was denied. If you are traveling solo like me, you do not need a tour. The city is safe, the people are nice and will assist you with your needs. I did the tour by myself. Remember to stop at a local coffee shop for a good hot chocolate.

We caught the 1300 tour the morning we arrived in Zurich from the states—great way to fight jet lag and learn about the place we were visiting. Our guide (Itty) was great. She gave us great tips on what to see when we wandered on our own and highlighted the main areas of the old town during the tour. The others walking with us were also great group of people. Even in (later) COVID times felt very safe as the tour was outside .
